About the Role
At Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, we partner with trusted Network Partners — external insurance companies in countries where we don't have local servicing capabilities — to help us deliver seamless insurance solutions to our global clients. As a Network Partner Analyst, you'll be at the heart of this operation, serving as a key point of contact between our Producing Offices and our global partner network. This is a role with real impact, real variety, and real opportunity to grow in a truly international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of issuing local insurance quotations, policies, and invoices using internal systems for your own portfolio
Support team leads in managing regional portfolios, setting priorities, and acting as a team representative in complex program deal teams
Onboard, train, and develop team capabilities, supporting team leads in building a high- performing, knowledgeable team
Represent the team in global projects and strategic priorities, bringing a solutions-focused mindset to cross-functional initiatives
Perform quality checks to ensure all policies are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time to meet and exceed client expectations
Monitor and support the collection of payments from local partners, ensuring accurate and timely processing
Gather and document market intelligence and partner-specific information that impacts service delivery
Drive process improvement by creating and updating clear guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance team efficiency
Build and maintain trusted relationships with Network Partners and internal stakeholders across multiple geographies
About the Team
Swiss Re's International Program Services Team is a cornerstone of our global insurance delivery, enabling corporate clients with operations across multiple countries to receive
consistent, high-quality coverage wherever they operate. Our team spans Bratislava, Kuala
Lumpur, and Mexico City, ensuring proximity to our network partners and seamless service from policy quotation through to premium collection. We are a collaborative, multicultural team that champions curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement — and we genuinely enjoy working together to solve complex, global challenges.
About You
You are an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented professional who brings strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the composure to excel when managing a high volume of work. You take ownership of your responsibilities, build trusted relationships across borders, and approach every challenge with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
You're equally comfortable working independently and contributing to a team, and you bring genuine
curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning to everything you do.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
Insurance industry experience in product management, client service, finance, or operations
— with a solid understanding of international insurance programs
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish — written and verbal — with the ability to engage effectively with diverse, multicultural stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work independently under pressure, and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines
These are additional nice to haves:
Experience in coordinating or supporting cross-functional or international teams
Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) development and process improvement methodologies
Strong analytical and lateral thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and communicate it clearly
Attention to detail and quality focus, with a track record of delivering accurate, compliant work
Experience working in a integral or matrix organization and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
