How the day will look like As a Benefits Analyst, you will support the administration of employee benefit programs for our clients and play a key role in process improvements, renewals and change initiatives. You will: - Support the administration of employee benefits for a portfolio of integral clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with agreed processes and SLAs. - Generate and analyze reports on member activity and benefit utilization, providing insights to internal teams and clients. - Respond to inquiries from members, providers, and clients, offering clear and timely information and coordinating resolutions as needed. - Participate in and sometimes lead change projects that impact team workflows and renewal processes, including testing system changes and updating knowledge documentation. - Support and guide Benefits Processors by acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for escalations, complaints, and corrective actions,
ensuring they are managed proactively through to closure. - Collaborate closely with Client Service Managers to align on technical/legislative changes, service levels, and new client requirements. - Work with Global Benefits/Broking teams to review new benefits and renewal rates for integration and updates in the TBS platform. - Partner with Configuration and System Analysts to explain and coordinate system changes and resolve system issues. - Participate in implementations of new clients, helping to understand and define reporting and administration requirements. - Review processing calendars and audit daily deliverables to ensure quality and on‑time delivery. - Perform additional tasks requested by your manager to support continuous improvement and service excellence. What makes this opportunity different? In this role, you will be a key link between operations, client service and technical teams: - You will manage a broader scope than a pure processing role, with responsibility for analytics, change management, and process improvement across 10 to 40 global clients. - You will use your expertise in employee benefits, project management and problem‑solving to influence how benefits are administered and how service is delivered. - You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders (Client Service, Broking, Configuration/System teams, Benefits Processors) and gain exposure to complex, multi‑country benefit programs.
- You will develop skills in governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement, building a strong platform for future growth within Aon. Skills and experience that will lead to success - Education: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or similar). - Experience: - 4–6 years of experience in similar and/or service‑oriented roles. - Experience in employee benefits and insurance (benefits) is highly desirable. - Background in project management or leading process changes is a strong plus. - Technical knowledge: - Solid understanding of employee benefits administration and related insurance concepts. - Experience with project and process management, including testing, documentation and implementation of changes. - Core skills: - Strong service orientation and customer focus. - Excellent organization and follow‑through, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables. - Comfort working with indicators and dashboards, and using data to monitor performance and identify improvements. - Advanced problem‑solving skills and the ability to apply judgment and experience to non‑routine situations. - Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Flexibility, initiative, sense of responsibility and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset. - Languages: - English: High level (spoken, read, and written). - Portuguese: level (spoken, read, and written).- Tools: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Comfortable using Excel for reporting and analysis; experience with additional tools or platforms used in benefits administration is a plus. #LI-KA2#Hybrid
