Job Overview:

We’re helping our client find a Social Commerce Manager to own and scale Tik Tok Shop into a major revenue-driving channel. In this role, you will connect creators, content, Live shopping, and performance media into a seamless commerce engine while contributing to rapid, trend-responsive growth within the Tik Tok ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

- Own and scale Tik Tok Shop as a primary revenue-driving channel
- Drive gross merchandise volume (GMV) growth through strategic execution
- Improve Tik Tok Shop conversion rate through optimization of content, offers, and product pages
- Build, onboard, and activate a high-performing creator & affiliate network
- Execute a consistent cadence of Tik Tok Live shopping events to drive revenue
- Identify trends and rapidly launch shoppable assets within tight turnaround times
- Manage and optimize Tik Tok Spark Ads to achieve strong ROAS
- Increase repeat purchase rate through retention and lifecycle strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creators,



internal teams, and external partners
- Oversee backend commerce operations impacting conversion (PDPs, fulfillment, offers)

Must-Have:

1. 3+ years in Tik Tok, social commerce, or creator-led DTC growth.

Hands-on experience owning a Tik Tok Shop (not just posting content)

Deep understanding of: Tik Tok Live best practices

Affiliate attribution & incentives
Creator whitelisting & Spark Ads
Conversion-driven UGC formats
Proven ability to scale creators from dozens → thousands
Extremely data-driven but creatively fluent
Comfortable moving fast, testing constantly, and iterating in real time

Strong POV on what actually works on Tik Tok today

Nice-to-Have:

Beauty, haircare, wellness, or lifestyle brand experience
Experience launching Tik Tok Shop from $0 → meaningful monthly GMV
Familiarity with Tik Tok Shop ops, fulfillment, and compliance

Has personally hosted or directed Tik Tok Lives
