We are looking for a Product Data Scientist with strong banking/financial services experience to partner with Product teams and drive data-informed decisions across consumer lending products. The adecuado candidate combines product analytics, experimentation, statistical modeling, and strong communication skills.

Must-Have Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, Applied Statistics, or similar roles
- Must have banking, fintech, consumer lending, or financial services experience
- Strong experience with product analytics and experimentation (A/B testing)
- Strong knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, and causal inference
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong Python or R skills
- Experience developing and validating statistical/ML models
- Experience with funnel, cohort, conversion, segmentation, and product metrics
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, transformations,



and data modeling
- Experience working directly with Product Managers and Engineering teams
- Strong understanding of consumer lending / credit products, underwriting, risk, or pricing
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience using AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for analytics and productivity
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have:

- Experience with credit/risk modeling or pricing strategy
- dbt, Airflow
- Segment, Amplitude, mParticle, or similar product analytics tools
- Experience with AWS
- Agile/Scrum product team experience
- Home improvement or contractor financing experience
