We’re Hiring: Content Strategist – Marine, Yachting & Luxury Brands We're looking for an experienced Content Strategist with direct experience in the marine, boating, yachting, or luxury lifestyle industries to help develop and execute strategic content programs for a portfolio of premium brands. This role combines content strategy, campaign planning, writing, research, social media management, and cross-functional collaboration. The idóneo candidate understands how to translate business goals into compelling content that engages high-value audiences while supporting marketing and sales objectives. Location Remote (Mexico-based candidates supporting U.S. clients) ⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 am – 6:00 pm ET Role Overview As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing content strategies, creating multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing editorial calendars, and producing high-quality written content across a variety of platforms. You will work closely with creative, account management, and production teams to ensure every campaign is strategic, accurate, and aligned with client goals. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Campaign Planning Develop content strategies and campaign plans aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and marketing priorities. Create editorial calendars and content roadmaps across social media, email, websites, blogs, video, and other channels. Translate business goals into messaging frameworks, campaign concepts, content themes, and creative briefs. Content Writing & Editorial Development Write and edit content for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, video scripts, advertising materials, and client presentations. Adapt messaging and tone based on brand voice, audience, platform, and communication objectives. Ensure content accuracy, consistency, brand alignment, and editorial quality across all deliverables. Marine & Yachting Industry Research Stay informed on marine industry trends, yacht builders, brokerages, luxury brands,



technology developments, and market activity. Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for clients to differentiate themselves. Transform market insights into strategic content recommendations and campaign opportunities. Social Media Strategy & Management Develop and maintain social media content calendars, particularly for LinkedIn and Instagram. Create platform-specific content strategies, formats, and messaging approaches. Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on audience engagement and campaign results. Creative Development & Collaboration Generate campaign ideas, storytelling concepts, and creative recommendations. Collaborate with designers, videographers, account managers, and marketing specialists. Support campaigns from concept development through production, publication, and optimization. Account & Workflow Support Participate in planning meetings and strategy discussions. Manage timelines, approvals, project priorities, and content deliverables. Support reporting, documentation, and communication related to marketing initiatives and client projects. ✅ What We’re Looking For Professional experience within the marine, boating, yacht brokerage, yacht-building, or related marine industry Previous agency experience Strong content strategy, content planning, and copywriting skills Experience creating content across digital, social, email, website, and campaign channels Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools Strong organizational, research, and project management skills Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or similar creative tools Compensation: 27,000 MXN + law benefits (Payroll) 32,000 MXN + benefits (Contractor) Interested?
