Purpose of the Job
In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our Human Resources operations—managing key processes throughout the colleague lifecycle and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency every step of the way.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the region to provide a professional, timely, and people-focused HR service.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding journey: From offer letters and contracts to background checks and probation tracking.
- Keep colleague data accurate: Prepare contract change letters, update HR systems, and maintain compliance.
- Manage offboarding: Handle resignations, liaise with payroll, and ensure smooth exits.
- Be the HR systems expert: Act as a super user for HR platforms, supporting colleagues and driving improvements.
- Support family-friendly policies:
Process parental leave requests and related documentation.
- Deliver insights: Produce monthly and ad hoc HR reports.
- Ensure compliance: Maintain GDPR-compliant colleague files and HR records.
- Collaborate on projects: Assist with HR initiatives and provide general administrative support.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Proven experience in Human Resources administration within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles.
- Fluent in English is essential.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Versátil and proactive, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
