We are seeking a proactive Business Systems Analyst 3 to join our General Business Services team. In this role, you will analyze complex business problems, configure technical system settings, and optimize automated solutions for manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations. You will act as a key technical liaison for traceability systems, ERP environments, B2B exchanges, and network troubleshooting across the facility.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in IT operations, specifically supporting Networks, Traceability systems (such as 42Q), and ERP environments.
- Industry Background: Previous professional exposure to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Logistics environments is mandatory.
- Project Exposure: Experience supporting system deployments, B2B data exchanges, and cross-departmental IT troubleshooting.
- Language: English B1-B2 (Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate),



fully capable of technical communication, report writing, and international alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business & Systems Analysis: Identify, evaluate, and develop cost-effective automated systems and procedures that meet user and operational requirements.
- Configuration & Testing: Configure system settings and options, plan and execute unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and write detailed system specifications.
- B2B & Network Support: Support B2B data exchanges (EDI & API) and troubleshoot cross-departmental IT network issues impacting production or warehouse flows.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead linked teams to address business or systems issues, acting as an internal consultant for automated solutions.
- End-User Consultation: Partner with warehouse and supply chain teams, translating complex IT concepts into clear operational guidance.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

- Traceability & MES: Solid hands-on knowledge of 42Q tools or equivalent Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Processes: Strong familiarity with Discrete Order Fulfillment (DOF) processes and system configurations.
- Data Exchanges: Troubleshooting experience with EDI and API B2B transactions.
- Networking & Tools: Understanding of IT network terms,



network diagrams, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Competencies: Strong accountability, proactive problem-solving to prevent bottlenecks, and a continuous learning mindset.
