Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Reporting to the Director,



Commodity the Supplier Sustainability Specialist role will be supporting the development of the suppliers within the Supplier Sustainability organization in Flex. The candidate must have knowledge and experience in the field of general sustainability regulations that embrace supplier due diligence, traceability and supply chain mapping in regards greenhouse gas emissions, use of renewable energy, recycled content, responsible sourcing, labor, among others. The candidate will be responsible of requesting, following up, analyzing, and reporting data related to the supplier due diligence.

What a typical day looks like:
- Manage sustainability projects and ESG initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
- Monitor compliance with environmental and sustainability regulations.
- Track greenhouse gas emissions, renewable energy programs, and sustainability KPIs.
