Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. - Residence in Monterrey, N.L. required. - Knowledge of HR best practices and Organizational Psychology experience. - Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and calendar/appointment management. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
