We are currently looking for a business-oriented lawyer to join our Legal Practice in Mexico City.
This position is adecuado for someone with strong experience in commercial contracts, day-to-day corporate advisory and practical legal support for multinational companies-beyond purely corporate housekeeping work.
Main Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial, operational and corporate agreements, as well as providing practical legal support for day-to-day business operations - Day-to-day legal advisory for multinational companies operating in Mexico - Support in corporate, compliance and regulatory matters - Support in labor and employment related advisory matters from a preventive and business-oriented perspective - Participation in corporate restructurings, transactional and governance matters - Coordination with multidisciplinary teams including tax,
accounting, payroll, HR and audit - Direct communication with international clients and foreign management teams - Practical legal support for operational business decisions - Follow-up and independent handling of client requests and ongoing matters
