Academic excellence, with a minimum GPA of 8.0/10.

Required coursework successfully completed.

Interest in securing a permanent Intern position at our Firm upon completion of the Program.

Available to work full-time during the summer and, subsequently, part-time upon obtaining the permanent position.

Preference for taking on new challenges.

With experiencie or interest in gaining experience in the transactional practice (corporate, M&A;, banking and finance, etc…)
