JOB SUMMARY

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to
our growth, we’re looking to add an Automation SME (RH) located in Guadalajara,
North Campus.

Reporting to Human Resources Manager, Automation SME (RH) this role involves
overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group
of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop and implement automation solutions to optimize HR processes and
workflows.
* Design, build, and maintain applications, tools, and system enhancements for
HR operations.




* Utilize platforms such as Workday, advanced Excel, VBA macros, and
development applications to streamline HR tasks.
* Partner with HR teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and
digitalization.
* Provide technical and functional support for HR systems and tools, ensuring
proper functionality and user adoption.
* Conduct analysis of HR processes to identify automation opportunities and
recommend solutions.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations when
implementing automation solutions.
* Prepare and maintain documentation related to the operation and maintenance
of automation equipment and tools.
* Manage projects within budget and time constraints, providing status reports
as required.
* Support training and knowledge transfer to HR users and stakeholders on new
automation tools and processes.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Syste
