Description
As the Global Process Management Specialist, you will support order management process integrity and production support while leveraging data analytics and AI-driven insights to enhance process visibility, reliability, and operational efficiency across global operations

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize data analytics and AI-enabled monitoring tools to detect anomalies, trends, and risks in order processing workflows.
- Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through automation and AI-supported process improvements.
- Prepare and deliver process metrics reports and dashboards, highlighting KPIs and actionable insights derived from data analysis.
- Support the evolution of processes by contributing to digitization, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Accountable for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of order and delivery status information,



leveraging data validation techniques and automated checks.
- Proactively identify and avert customer-facing issues related to order reliability.
- Regularly monitor sales orders and delivery processes using reports, using reports, dashboards, and system interfaces, enhancing visibility through Power BI or similar analytics tools.
- Understand and adhere to global process service levels to ensure consistent quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any relevant issues discovered during monitoring.
- Follow up with integral issue owners to ensure timely closure of action items within prescribed service levels.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement in our processing.
- Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support all Align products and regions that utilize the global order and delivery process.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply C
