WE ARE HIRING:

Influencer Marketing Manager (HUB / UGC & Performance)

Requirements




- 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth, or Performance, preferably within digital agencies, influencer marketing agencies, talent agencies, or consumer/beauty brands.
- Proven experience managing large-scale Influencer Marketing budgets, ideally exceeding $8M MXN annually.
- Strong experience in budget allocation, monitoring, optimization, and reallocation based on campaign performance and business objectives.
- Deep knowledge of the influencer, creator, talent management, and agency ecosystem in Mexico, particularly within Beauty and Lifestyle.
- Experience developing and implementing UGC programs, including creator sourcing, contracting, usage rights, content production, and amplification.
- Experience with experiential marketing, connecting offline activations with creator content, digital amplification, and campaign measurement.
- Strong understanding of Paid
