Digital Marketing Manager

Reports To: Senior Director of Digital Strategy

Location: Quer�taro and/or Monterrey, Mexico

Environment: Hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days at home)

Work Schedule:

This position is full time and hybrid Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital marketing efforts, related to our company website, paid advertising, and social media strategies.

How You Make a Difference Every Day:

Own the development, execution, and optimization of Redwood�s email marketing programs, including campaign emails, newsletters, nurture programs, automated workflows, and other lifecycle communications.

Build, test, and optimize landing pages in HubSpot to support campaigns, events, content offers, lead generation programs, and other marketing initiatives.

Manage Redwood�s corporate website, including creating and updating pages, publishing content, maintaining site functionality, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.
