About the role: ​​This isn't a "wear ten hats" marketing role — it's a chance to go deep on craft. We're looking for a true creative powerhouse:



someone who lives at the intersection of graphic design and video editing and can turn raw ideas into scroll-stopping content, fast.

You'll own the visual output for ads, social, and wholesale — designing, editing, and shipping high-quality creative independently, without waiting on approvals to move. Think punchy video edits, eye-catching graphics, and content that actually looks and feels like the outdoors it's selling.

Social media is part of your world too, but on the execution side: you'll build the assets, keep the feed fresh with daily posting, and stay plugged into trends — while someone else handles the strategy.

What You'll Do

Creative Production — Priority Focus
- Graphic design: Create high-quality graphic assets, GIFs, and short-form ads for social and paid media—plus brand and campaign design as needed.
