main responsibilities

- identify, research, and develop potential suppliers, including collecting all necessary documentation for supplier registration.
- conduct regular audits and evaluations of existing suppliers in accordance with the tqrdces (technical, quality, responsiveness, delivery, cost, environment, social) criteria.
- perform daily operational tasks, such as recording supplier negotiation meeting minutes; preparing supplier survey/investigation reports; compiling summary catalogues for source verification of required products; drafting and reviewing commercial purchase contracts.

required knowledge and experience

- 2–3 years of procurement experience, specifically in industrial products/categories.
- solid experience in supplier management and performance assessment.
- strong business negotiation skills, with the ability to proactively follow up and coordinate price adjustments with suppliers, as well as proven capability in price negotiation.
