- cooperate with regional sales and local distributor; improve the satisfaction of end-user;
- responsible for regional technical support (on-line or on-site), make sure the maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributor and end-user;
- promote the reagent parameters and improve the reagent consumption per analyzer;
- collect the maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers;
- give service training to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributor, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills;
- apply reagent and spare parts for regional distributor and return the corresponding spare parts in time and follow up the complains;

requireme nt

- above 5 years’ experience worked in ivd area, have strong technical skills, ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
- bachelor degree or above in related subject
- candidates with service experience in total laboratory automation line (biochemistry & immunology) are preferred
- good communication skills and hard working
