• 5+ years of experience in sap s4/hana private editions and 2+ years of experience in s/4 hana public editions in extended warehouse management and supply chain management.
o certification on s/4 hana public or private edition ewm.
• fluent in english (spoken and written).
• strong support experience using different ticketing tools and irt, and sla.
• outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• demonstrated leadership and training abilities, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within teams.
• proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with excellent problem-solving skills.
