the talent management partner plays a critical role in supporting talent management operations by providing comprehensive administrative and technical support across north america (na) and select general initiatives

responsibilitie

- perform tasks within company academy related to training administration, training records, reporting, end-user support, and help requests.
- manage and respond to company -training inbox inquiries, including support for mandatory compliance training.
- maintain communication with the company master data team for sap updates impacting company academy.
- maintain and update peak performance application data and troubleshoot end-user issues with a deep understanding of the app’s functionality and configuration, generate reports.
- support talent review processes,



including power bi reporting for global hr partners.
- compile and analyze data from multiple systems for executive reporting.
- learn and adopt new systems and develop training resources for global hr partners.

qualifications

- knowledge of it, hr, or learning systems preferred.
- communication skills in english (written and verbal).
- ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- strong customer service orientation.
- willingness to take on new tasks, projects, and systems.
- ability to work effectively in a remote environment without direct supervision
