solutions engineer, latam deployments mexico city (hybrid) + regional travel
about us
gofleet / zenduit builds the cameras, sensors, and software that help fleet operators run safer and smarter — ai-enabled dash cameras, gps and asset tracking, and connected-fleet automation — used by fleet operators across north america and a growing latam footprint.
what you'll do
- solve, then design: run real discovery, then turn it into a specific camera/asset-tracking/platform solution — not a features pitch.
- own the deployment start to finish: project plan, fulfillment, on-site install, onboarding, training, stabilization.
- build latam as you go: help stand up the playbook mexico, brazil, colombia, and the next market will run on.
- go deep on the whole portfolio: cameras, asset tracking, indoor positioning — fast enough that customers never feel a gap.
- work across the whole company: sales, success, product, support, fulfillment, marketing.
- fix the system, not just the ticket: spot and build what makes the next ten deployments smoother.
what good looks like ✅
- deployments go live on time, on scope, with minimal rework
- fulfillment arrives complete and on schedule
- customers reach value fast and don't need a second walk-through
- the playbook improves every quarter
who you are
- you build the system while doing the job (must-have)
- you use ai tools deliberately, with your own judgment layered on top (must-have)
- you take ownership across team lines instead of waiting for a clean hand-off
- you're diligent enough that nothing gets lost across a multi-country deployment
- you're genuinely curious about how customer operations actually work
- you'll push back on an unrealistic timeline rather than over-promise
- fluent in english and spanish; portuguese a strong plus
- comfortable traveling to customer sites across mexico, brazil, and colombia
