strong understanding of financial processes

proficiency in microsoft office and erp systems (oracle r12/cloud, sap) or similar financial systems.

about the job:

- collaborate with finance, it, and business teams across latam, serving as the key liaison between finance operations and it to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements.
- provide functional support and timely resolution of user incidents and tickets related to oracle and financial business applications.
- support month-end close activities and ensure continuity of critical finance processes.
- troubleshoot issues impacting accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash management, and other financial modules.
- assist with application testing, system enhancements, upgrades, and documentation efforts.
- monitor system performance and support operational excellence across financial applications.
- gather business requirements, analyze issues, and recommend process optimization opportunities.
- partner with stakeholders to ensure effective system utilization and strong customer service support.
