location: monterrey, nl, mexico (on-site)
schedule: monday – friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

we are currently seeking a highly organized, bilingual hr talent acquisition specialist to support our department.
position summary
the hr talent acquisition specialist will play a key role in supporting recruitment coordination, employee record management and onboarding operations . This position requires a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with leadership.
this is a hybrid role based in monterrey.
key responsibilities
recruitment & hiring support
- review, sort, and screen incoming candidate profiles and resumes
- serve as the first filter in the recruitment process
- schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- assist with hr reporting and tracking metrics
- coordinate internal hr processes and administrative workflows
- provide general administrative support to the hr department
qualifications & requirements
required:
- bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or related field (preferred)
- fluent in english and spanish (spoken and written)
- reside in monterrey, nuevo león
- availability to work on-site, monday–friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch) , as needed.
- strong organizational and time management skills
- high level of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication skills
preferred:
- 1–3 years of experience in hr, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles
- experience supporting u.s. hiring processes
- familiarity with ats, hris, or recruiting platforms
