we're a growing u.s. law firm seeking a friendly, organized, team player to join our team as a phones agent in guadalajara.
this is a client facing role for someone who enjoys communicating with people and handling calls and follow ups, identifying opportunities while helping clients have a positive experience.
what you'll do
- handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- set appointments from inbound and outbound calls as well as email leads,
- follow up with leads and opportunites from internal databases.
- identify and asses potential clients and their needs.
- work towards achieving performance goals and contribute to overall team results.
what we're looking for
- fluent spoken and written english.
- at least one year of experience in customer service, call center or hospitality.
- empathetic, easygoing and calm under pressure.
- comfortable in the phone and handling calls.
- a good communicator, detail oriented with good listening skills.
- positive, reliable and a strong team player.
- a high level of integrity, discretion, and respect for client confidentiality
legal experience is welcome but not required. Paid training is provided.
