Job summary as a business operations associate, you will be a key player in our business operations team , focusing on the efficient execution of inventory acquisition and fulfillment processes . You will coordinate with remote teams, acquire inventory, manage order processing, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory. This role requires a tech-savvy individual with a keen eye for detail, a passion for gaming, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment. Key responsibilities inventory management ● leverage proprietary technology and strategies to purchase inventory in real-time with precision ● perform routine checks to verify accuracy, condition, and categorization of acquired inventory ● ensure prompt processing and cataloging of inventory to meet tight operational deadlines order fulfillment ● oversee end-to-end order fulfillment from receiving acquisition tickets to ensuring accurate and timely delivery ● coordinate with remote teams and external partners to resolve fulfillment issues and maintain smooth operations ● utilize inventory management tools and software to streamline fulfillment processes and maintain data accuracy process optimization ● identify inefficiencies or friction points within the fulfillment workflow ● suggest improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, or scalability ● collaborate with operations team to test and implement approved changes ● execute company goals, track kpis, and refine strategies for continuous improvement required qualifications education & experience ● bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, business,
