We already have a presence in Mexico with clients and our tech team and are now
looking to significantly expand our footprint there, while using the market as a
platform for broader growth across Latin America.

This is not a typical internship. As our LATAM Growth Intern, you’ll work
directly with the founders to develop new clients, build consulting reseller
partnerships and shape our go-to-market strategy across the region.

If you want to become an entrepreneur or CEO, build a career in consulting, or
grow into a tech business development leadership role, this is the kind of
experience you want early in your career. You’ll get hands-on exposure to sales,
strategy, partnerships and market building — while building core consulting
skills.

TASKS





* Close deals from your own network and support clients throughout the entire
journey
* Build consulting partnerships by setting up meetings and developing
relationships with partners of local strategy, HR and boutique consulting
firms
* Create go-to-market plans for additional LATAM countries and help build the
region from the ground up
* Build Spanish sales material for the LATAM market
* Create weekly Spanish marketing content for a LATAM audience

REQUIREMENTS

* Outgoing, entrepreneurial and comfortable approaching senior decision-makers
* Strong existing network among CEOs, founders and owners of scale-ups, SMEs
and corporations in Mexico
* Strong commercial mindset and interest in sales
* Fluent Spanish and strong English
* Independent and proactive
* Currently enrolled in the second year or later at a Tier 1 business
university in Mexico
