Position Overview
A prestigious full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Lawyer to join its Corporate and M&A; practice in Mexico City.
This opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated attorney with solid transactional experience who is looking to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions, advising national and international clients across a broad range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity investments,



and other strategic transactions. - Draft, review, negotiate, and manage transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, investment agreements, letters of intent, confidentiality agreements, and ancillary documentation. - Lead and coordinate legal due diligence processes, identifying legal risks and developing practical solutions. - Structure and execute complex corporate transactions from inception through closing. - Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including tax, finance, regulatory, and other practice areas. - Maintain direct communication with domestic and international clients, providing practical, business-oriented legal advice. - Support business development initiatives and contribute to maintaining high standards of client service.
Qualifications
- Law degree and admission to practice in Mexico. - 4 to 9 years of post-qual
