What You'll Do

Build and maintain the FLOW plan by aligning projected demand with installed capacity across various areas. Simulate and plan scenarios to anticipate bottlenecks and support strategic operational decision-making. Design, train, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to enhance short-term planning. Develop dashboards and tools in Looker to simplify planning visibility for both technical and non-technical teams.

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in Python and solid knowledge of SQL, databases, and BI tools like Looker. Experience in designing machine learning models and optimizing data pipelines. Background in Capacity & Demand Planning, translation of forecasts, and understanding of S&OP; or planning in distribution centers. Strong networking and stakeholder management skills, effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences, and problem-solving orientation.
