Agentic AI Solutions Engineer to design, configure, and optimize
AI Agents for enterprise healthcare and life sciences environments. This is an
AI implementation and solutions role
, not a traditional backend development position. You will work directly with customers to understand their workflows and translate business requirements into practical AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities Design, configure, test, and optimize
AI Agents
. Conduct customer discovery and requirements-gathering sessions. Translate business workflows into agent logic and multi-step AI workflows. Create and optimize prompts and system instructions
. Work with
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LLM-based solutions. Support integrations with
APIs, SQL databases, CRMs, and data warehouses
. Participate in UAT, troubleshooting, and production implementations. Collaborate with
Product, Engineering, Customer Success,
and enterprise customers
.
Requirements 1–2+ years of experience with
AI implementation, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, or Generative AI solutions
. Hands-on experience building or configuring
AI Agents
. Strong
Prompt Engineering and LLM knowledge. Experience or strong understanding of
RAG
. Working knowledge of
SQL, APIs, and system integrations
. Experience gathering customer requirements and translating workflows into technical solutions. Strong English communication skills.
Highly Preferred Experience or meaningful exposure to:
Salesforce / Salesforce Health Cloud Veeva CRM / Veeva Vault
Snowflake Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences environments You do not need experience with every platform, but you should understand how enterprise systems, data, and AI solutions work together
