Description

Responsible for efficiently scheduling client pickups and deliveries in accordance with operational requirements. Process new loads accurately and efficiently within the company system, among other related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check emails and daily messages for trip cancellations and/or additional trips requiring schedule updates.

- Responsible for efficiently scheduling client pickups and deliveries, making scheduling adjustments for carriers and/or drivers when necessary.

- Confirm appointments and accurately input customer information into company systems.

- Organize workflows and appointments by collecting load, carrier, and customer information and managing assignments accordingly.

- Maintain organized and accurate records of requested appointments and processed loads.

- Assist with rescheduling appointments when necessary.





- Process new loads accurately and efficiently within the company system.

Qualifications:

- English level – Advance (fluent)

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable making frequent phone calls and communicating via email.

- Ability to prioritize urgent shipments and adapt to changing schedules.

- Strong problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately.

- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
