Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Drafter with advanced Revit experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and revising architectural drawings, interpreting plans, and producing complete construction documentation. This is a full-time, permanent, 100% remote position operating during US Eastern Standard Time.
Responsibilities
- Produce, revise, and refine architectural drawings and documentation using Revit.
- Prepare complete construction document packages according to project specifications.
- Analyze and interpret complex architectural plans, schematics, and design documents.
- Collaborate and coordinate daily with architects and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Implement drawing revisions quickly based on updated project requirements and reviewer notes.
- Maintain accurate,
systematic project documentation files to ensure project consistency.
- Balance multiple drafting tasks simultaneously to meet established project deadlines.
Requirements & Skills
- Advanced Revit Proficiency: 2+ years of recent, advanced experience creating and modifying drawings in Revit.
- Portfolio Required: Portfolio link showcasing Revit projects must be attached to or included within your English resume.
- Plan Interpretation: Proven ability to read, interpret, and draft from architectural drawings and construction specs.
- Drafting Background: Prior professional experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role.
- English Proficiency: Advanced written and verbal English skills for seamless team collaboration.
- Technical & Soft Traits: Exceptional drafting accuracy, strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Resume Requirement: Updated resume must be submitted in English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $140.00 - $155.00 per hour
