- Position Status: Full-Time, Permanent | 100% Fully Remote

- Target Compensation: ~$1,386.40 – $1,559.70 USD/month (based on full-time hours) | Rate: $8.00 – $9.00 USD/hour
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Responsibilities
- Create and revise detailed architectural drawings using Revit in accordance with project requirements.
- Prepare complete, accurate construction documents and drafting packages.
- Read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and design inputs.
- Coordinate closely with architects and internal project teams to ensure design intent is realized.
- Update and modify existing drawings based on project changes and feedback.
- Maintain clear, organized, and accurate project documentation throughout the design lifecycle.
- Efficiently manage tasks to ensure all project milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
Requirements & Skills
- Advanced Revit Expertise:
2+ years of recent hands-on experience as an advanced user creating and revising architectural drawings using Revit.
- Portfolio Submission: A valid portfolio link demonstrating Revit work and architectural drafting must be included in your resume or submitted alongside your application.
- Construction Documentation: Demonstrated experience preparing construction documents and interpreting complex architectural plans and specifications.
- Professional Background: Previous experience as an Architectural Drafter or in a closely related structural/architectural drafting role.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal) are strictly required to collaborate with US-based teams.
- Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, high drafting accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and effective time management.
