Are you a Chemical or Environmental Engineer interested in water treatment, sustainability and environmental impact?

At Freshwell, we are building an industrial water treatment plant designed to purify highly contaminated groundwater and provide a reliable supply of clean water to communities across Monterrey’s metropolitan area.

We’re looking for 3 Chemical Engineers to join our team and help us turn contaminated water into a sustainable resource.

What will you do?

•⁠ ⁠Analyze chemical profiles of industrial wastewater in Nuevo León.

•⁠ ⁠Design and optimize chemical oxidation and water purification processes.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct water-quality testing and laboratory assays.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and adjust chemical dosing and treatment processes.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

•⁠ ⁠Adapt purification systems to different water sources and contamination profiles.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with plant operators, engineers, and management to solve technical challenges.

•⁠ ⁠Support Freshwell’s environmental protection and water-security goals.

What are we looking for?

Required

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of chemical dosing, oxidation processes, and water/wastewater treatment.

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of laboratory testing, and environmental regulations.

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.





•⁠ ⁠High attention to detail and commitment to industrial safety.

•⁠ ⁠Teamwork, professionalism and willingness to learn.

Preferred

•⁠ ⁠Master’s degree in wastewater technology or water management.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Actual León’s industrial ecosystem and environmental practices.
