The Role:

As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as a key operational partner to the Property Manager, ensuring seamless communication, strong client relationships, and efficient day-to-day execution across the portfolio. This fully remote role is idóneo for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives behind the scenes while driving results and supporting team success.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable conducting video calls and resolving issues with tenants, vendors, and owners
- Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn systems such as AppFolio, Property Meld, and Google Workspace




- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Preferred:

- Experience with AppFolio, RentEngine, Property Meld, or similar property management software
- Previous remote work experience
- Background in customer service or client relations

What You’ll Do:

- Support the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of a single-family home portfolio
- Respond to tenant and owner inquiries via phone, email, and video calls
- Assist with lease agreements, notices, and document preparation
- Maintain accurate and confidential property records and databases
- Coordinate marketing efforts for available homes and follow up with prospective tenants
- Troubleshoot resident and vendor issues and ensure timely resolution
- Translate leadership direction into actionable tasks and support cross-functional communication
