Position Summary: We are looking for a passionate and professional Bartender to join the ALTURA team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about mixology, enjoys interacting with guests, and is committed to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: As a Bartender at ALTURA, you will be responsible for preparing cocktails and beverages according to the company's quality standards while ensuring consistency and attention to detail. You will provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests, recommending drinks based on their preferences, and creating a friendly and enjoyable experience.

In addition, you will maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, monitor inventory levels, collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff, and follow all health and safety regulations to ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications:



The idóneo candidate has previous bartending experience and a solid understanding of classic cocktails and mixology techniques. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and teamwork skills who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. A professional attitude, strong customer-service orientation, and availability to work evenings and weekends are essential. English proficiency is considered an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits: ALTURA offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from MXN $12,000 to $18,000, depending on experience and performance, in addition to tips and performance-based bonuses.
