Business Development Manager - Mexico (Mexico City)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Manager in Mexico City to lead our business expansion across Mexico and the Latin American market. As our local brand representative, you will be responsible for identifying product growth opportunities, scouting for financial and FX-related KOLs and Introducing Broker (IB) resources to build a foundation for future negotiations, and leading the execution of offline events such as cocktail parties and seminars to continuously enhance product influence.

Basic Requirements

- Native-level Spanish, English as a working language.
- 3+ years of experience in BD / Channel Development / Strategic Partnerships.
- Ability to independently complete: Channel development, KOL negotiation,



partnership performance tracking, data review, and leading local activities (e.g., offline seminar sponsorship, cocktail parties, etc.).

Preferred Qualification

- Experience in Foreign Exchange / FinTech / Crypto / Financial industries.
- Familiar with the local market ecosystem (IB / KOL / Community / Affiliate).
- Candidates with existing resources are preferred: Introducing Brokers (IBs), financial KOLs, social media resources, and trading communities.
- Experience in cross-regional team collaboration. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred.
