The Business Systems Analyst – Offshore is a key resource responsible for accurately configuring the platform based on sponsor requirements and implementation documentation. This role supports Senior BSAs and implementation teams by carefully reviewing requirements, identifying unclear or incomplete details, asking thoughtful questions, and completing high-quality digital configuration work.

The adecuado candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable reading requirement documents to determine what configuration is needed, when a requirement may need to change, and when information is unclear or requires follow-up. Strong proofreading skills, critical thinking, and ownership of assigned work are essential for success in this offshore support role.

· Review sponsor requirements documents and implementation materials to understand requested configuration changes.

· Configure system settings, options, and digital platform features accurately based on documented requirements.

· Analyze requirements during configuration to identify gaps, inconsistencies, unclear details, or items that may require a change or follow-up.

· Proofread requirements, configuration entries, and completed work to ensure accuracy, consistency, grammar, spelling, and formatting quality.

· Document questions, concerns, and potential requirement changes clearly for review by Senior BSAs or implementation leads.

· Review and test own work for accuracy before submitting for validation or sponsor-facing review.





· Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities across various sponsor accounts.

· Strong reading comprehension and ability to interpret business and technical requirements documents.

· Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify spelling, grammar, formatting, and consistency issues.

· Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to recognize when requirements are unclear, incomplete, conflicting, or may require a change.

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sponsor priorities with accuracy and consistency.

· Inclination to take initiative, set priorities, take ownership of assigned work, and independently drive for results.

· Strong orientation to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

· Higher education degree is preferred, such as a university-level degree in Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related field.

· 2-5 years of experience with digital platform configuration, business systems support, implementation support, or similar work.

· Experience reading business requirements, implementation documents, configuration guides, or technical documentation.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across various accounts while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

· Previous digital platform configuration experience preferred.
