C# React Developer

Guadalajara, Mexico - Remote 100%

6-12+ Months Contract to Hire

Position Summary The Software Engineer is a mid-level engineering role responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions that support the company’s products and platform capabilities. This role works closely with senior engineers, product managers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable software in a modern cloud-based engineering environment.

What You'll Do

- Develop backend and frontend functionality using modern engineering practices
- Follow and uphold team coding standards, commit conventions, and engineering best
- practices
- Contribute to both classic (Web Forms / VB.NET) and modern (React / .NET Core) areas
- of the codebase
- Collaborate on technical design and architecture discussions
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing,



monitoring, and operational reliability
- Grow technical expertise through mentorship and cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in C#/.NET and modern web development practices
- Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Exposure to VB.NET is a strong plus given the legacy portions of the codebase
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
- Demonstrated ability to follow technical direction, absorb complex systems, and ask the

right questions

- Experience with AI development tools and methodologies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
