Requirements:

- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Diploma Required)
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing and billing systems; Epic experience is highly preferred.
- Advanced English Skills
- High-energy, enthusiastic professional with strong coaching, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver On-the-Job Training, refresher training and coaching focused on RCM,



billing processes.
- Develop training content, curricula and SOPs, including billing systems, claims, denials, payer communication and compliance.
- Conduct knowledge assessments, TNA-based training and effectiveness tracking to identify knowledge gaps and improve performance.
- Analyze performance trends and root causes, partnering with operations to drive continuous improvement and maintain learning rigor.
