What You'll Do

- Support daily Ocean and Air Import & Export operations.
- Create and update shipments in operational systems, including CargoWise and TMS platforms.
- Validate shipping documentation and ensure process compliance.
- Monitor shipment milestones and maintain accurate tracking information.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Provide shipment updates and operational support to customers and stakeholders.
- Support invoicing and reporting activities.
- Follow SOPs and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of professional experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, or Administrative Operations.
- Conversational English proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Ocean and Air Import/Export operations.
- Familiarity with Incoterms.
- Experience with CargoWise or similar logistics systems.
- Exposure to Freight Forwarding or Shared Service Center environments.
