Vishay Guadalajara, Mexico is currently seeking candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative.

This role serves as the primary communication link between customers, distributors, sales representatives, and internal business units, ensuring exceptional customer support and order management throughout the sales process.

This position is based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, one of the country's leading technology and electronics manufacturing hubs. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with customers, distributors, sales teams, and manufacturing operations within a global organization committed to innovation and customer service excellence.

What you will be doing

- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, distributors, field sales representatives, and internal business units.
- Process customer orders and perform contract review activities following SAP procedures and guidelines.
- Enter and manage order changes, coordinating with business units when required.
- Submit and process Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests in SAP.
- Generate and manage customer quotations through SAP and legacy systems.
- Monitor EDI workflows and resolve issues to ensure accurate order processing.




- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries using SAP and factory resources.
- Communicate critical customer requirements and business needs to internal teams.
- Support logistics activities, shipment tracking, and documentation management.
- Coordinate expedite requests and proactively communicate delivery updates to customers.
- Support customer portals, including order management, changes, and cancellations.
- Collaborate with Finance and Credit teams to resolve invoice-related issues.

What we are looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Experience in customer service, order management, inside sales support, or supply chain coordination.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to learn and support a broad portfolio of electronic component product lines.
- English communication skills preferred for interaction with integral customers and internal teams.
