POSCO International México E-Mobility is looking for Development Specialists to join our Development Department in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage APQP and PPAP activities for new projects.
- Coordinate customer ECRs, samples and project schedules.
- Support customer audits and Run@Rate activities.
- Develop and update PFMEA and Control Plans.
- Perform SPC/Cpk analysis and support initial quality issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Sales and other cross-functional teams.
- Support continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher – any major.
- Fluent Business English.
- Knowledge of automotive quality tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA).
- Strong analytical,
communication and teamwork skills.
- MS Office proficiency.
Experience: Previous automotive/manufacturing experience is preferred; however, entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From $20,000.00 per month
