Job Summary

We are looking for a senior Delivery Tech Lead (DTL) to lead AWS migration engagements, technical workstreams, architecture decisions, and customer-facing delivery. This role requires strong migration expertise, technical leadership, and the ability to drive projects from assessment through execution.

Minimum Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, architecture, or related technical environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and AWS Application Migration Service (MGN).
- Experience leading customer-facing migration engagements or technical workstreams.
- Experience with 7Rs, migration waves, dependencies, cutover, and rollback.
- Strong knowledge of EC2, Migration Hub, DMS, RDS/Aurora, VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, IAM/Identity Center, Organizations/Control Tower/SCPs, and Route 53.




- Experience leading technical teams of 4+ people.
- Advanced English.
- AWS Solutions Architect – Associate and AWS Cloud Practitioner certifications.

Nice to Have

- AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, DevOps Professional, Security Specialty, Database, or Advanced Networking certifications.
- Experience with Migration Factory methodology and large-scale migration programs.
- Experience with Cloudamize, AWS Application Discovery Service, or similar discovery tools.
- Experience in AWS Consulting, Professional Services, or enterprise cloud transformation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud automation.
