We are looking for an experienced and skilled Enterprise Architect to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in architecture along with a strong background in implementing Enterprise solutions for Human Resources, Talent Development, Learning and surrounding ecosystem solutions. Additionally, this role demands an individual with experience in solution, integration, and data architecture, combined with a deep understanding of modern technological trends such as generative AI, and cloud architecture.

The candidate must have a good knowledge of Hire to Retire and Talent Supply Chain processes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions that align with the organization's business strategy and objectives.
- Lead and oversee major transformation programs, contributing to back-office implementations using Enterprise HCM (Human Capital Management) Workday platform and surrounding ecosystems.




- Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and standards for major implementations and integrations.
- Design and implement robust and scalable solution architectures that meet business needs and leverage best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow and communication between disparate systems within the organization.
- Architect and manage data integration solutions that support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting requirements, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Utilize knowledge of generative AI, Master Data Management, Enterprise Integration and cloud architecture to enable and advance the organization’s technological capabilities.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps, and develop comprehensive solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and governance across the organization.
- Provide technical thought leadership during the projects to drive the solutions that align with Enterprise Digital Strategy.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends and continually seek opportunities to improve and innovate within the enterprise architecture landscape.

Requirements.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing major transformation programs, specifically with Enterprise HCM Workday Suites
- Good understanding of the Hire to Retire and Talent Supply Chain processes.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, Integration Architecture, data architecture,



and cloud computing technologies.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, Databricks and Azure Data Lake Services for integration architecture.
- Working experience on Business Architecture, including business capability and business processes mapping.
- Hands-on experience with building Architecture blueprints and roadmaps by leveraging EAM tools e.g. SAP LeanIX
- Proficient in enabling generative AI, MDM, and Cloud Architecture.
- Excellent understanding of enterprise-level applications and infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of data governance and security standards.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in TOGAF
- Excellent Diagramming skills (Visio, Lucid chart etc.)
- Experience in working with SAP LeanIX EAM.
