MOS EHS Sr. Specialist (Environmental Focus)

Mission The MOS EHS Sr. Specialist plays a key role in the deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of Metalsa’s integral EHS Management System, with a strong emphasis on environmental and sustainability initiatives .

This position acts as a corporate subject matter expert for environmental programs, supporting GHG emissions reduction, water stewardship, waste minimization, and ESG performance tracking across multiple manufacturing sites globally.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the deployment and continuous improvement of the Global EHS Management System.
- Lead and coordinate environmental sustainability initiatives (GHG, water, waste, resource efficiency).
- Develop and monitor environmental KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate environmental data collection, analysis,



and reporting across global operations.
- Support ESG and sustainability reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permitting requirements.
- Support ISO 14001 implementation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance to plant EHS teams.
- Participate in audits, risk assessments, and governance reviews.

Candidate Profile

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Master’s degree in Environmental Management or Sustainability (preferred).

Experience

- 5–8 years in EHS roles within industrial/manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience in environmental compliance and sustainability programs.
- Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Proven experience in:
- GHG emissions management
- ESG reporting
- Waste and water management programs
- Advanced English Level - MANDATORY
