What You'll Do

Lead Clara’s Customer Happiness organization globally, setting the strategy, standards, and operating model for the function. Define the global Customer Happiness strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and service standards, ensuring strong execution and continuous improvement. Optimize key metrics such as NPS, CSAT, SLA, and productivity while standardizing processes across countries.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience, or related functions in a high-growth environment. Proven experience leading teams and improving customer experience and operational KPIs. Strong analytical mindset with experience using AI tools to enhance customer satisfaction.
