What will be your mission?

- Design, launch, and iterate customer communications and incentives to achieve key growth and business objectives.
- Track lifecycle & CRM performance metrics with a customer-centric and incremental approach.
- Define, execute, and measure the experimentation agenda (A/B testing across channels, audiences, messaging, and creatives).
- Build and manage the Lifecycle communications calendar.




- Report progress and insights to cross-functional stakeholders to help align business priorities.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Applied Math, or related analytical fields.
- Zero to little work experience required — we value raw talent, curiosity, and strong analytical thinking.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-backed decisions.
- AI-driven mindset: Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to accelerate learning and execution.
- Basic knowledge or strong willingness to learn SQL
- Advanced English level (required for cross-functional and international collaboration).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have (Not mandatory):

- Familiarity or interest in CRM/Lifecycle tools (e.g., Insider, Braze, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
