We are looking for a Heating Air Conditioning Design Engineer, specializing in HVAC systems, with hands-on experience in the U.S. construction sector. This role calls for a professional comfortable with remote collaboration, offering their expertise in HVAC design and drafting, with proficiency in 3D modeling and design software.

IMPORTANT: Advanced proficiency in spoken English is a requirement.

A portfolio showcasing previous projects, along with a voice note, will be requested during our screening process.

Job Requirements

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Read and interpret HVAC design drawings and schematics.
- 2 or more years of experience working with HVAC Design.
- Draft and calculate detailed plans for plumbing or HVAC systems according to project specifications.
- Develop 3D models of HVAC systems using industry-standard software.
- Manage client-provided formats and project deliverables.
- Understand and apply codes and standards relevant to HVAC design in the U.S. market.





Soft Skills Required

- Fluent in spoken English (Mandatory).
- Proficient in HVAC system design and drafting, with an emphasis on plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Skilled in Thermal load calculation software (Hap 4.9 or superior / Trace 700 or DesignBuilder)
- Proficient in VRF software from any manufacturer.
- Experience working with Navisworks for project coordination.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Rev
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit and relevant 3D HVAC design software (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of BIM modeling techniques and software.
- Familiarity with U.S. building codes and standards for HVAC engineering.
