Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across HR programs and processes, enhancing the employee and manager experience.

Analyze available people data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed HR decisions. Support HR administrative processes and ensure accurate and timely execution. Provide general support to the

Senior HR Manager on HR priorities and projects.

Digital proficiency, particularly

Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Commercial Leadership Team International HR Team Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

. Fluent written and spoken English

3–4 years of professional experience in Human Resources. ~ Experience in

HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, or similar roles

. ~ Experience working directly with employees and leaders in a business-facing HR role. ~
