Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and driven Human Resources Representative (Healthcare) to manage candidate engagement and talent pipeline outreach. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls to existing candidates, promoting exciting healthcare job opportunities, and driving recruitment success in a 100% remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily outbound phone campaigns to warm candidate pipelines.
- Promote healthcare job openings and pitch role details to prospective hires.
- Gather candidate details, update recruitment databases, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain consistent candidate follow-up to build strong relationships.
- Navigate candidate objections and handle rejection with resilience and professionalism.
Requirements & Skills:
- High-Volume Outbound Phone Skills: Comfortable and highly confident making frequent outbound calls daily.
- Relevant Experience: Background in recruitment, staffing, appointment setting, sales, or customer-facing roles (healthcare/senior care experience strongly preferred).
- Bilingual English/Spanish: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills combined with Spanish fluency.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up capabilities.
- Self-motivated, persistent, creative, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Mandatory requirement to submit an updated resume written in English.
